Hours of operation

Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm

Please note we are closed on all weekends and university observed holidays.

DROP IN HOURS

For a 10–15-minute drop-in appointment to connect with a Co-op Advisor the following days/times are available*:

2024 Summer Term 1-2 (May – August)

Tuesdays 10:00am – 11:00am
Wednesdays 12:00pm – 1:00pm

Accessible either in person or online through zoom click here, password is 79623. All hours are PST.

If these times do not work with your schedule, please stop by the office, email us at coop.ok@ubc.ca or call 250-807-9623, we are happy to schedule alternative meeting times. 

*The weekly Co-op Office Hours are updated each academic term.
