Transferring schools in the third year can be a challenging transition, but Bravim Paul Saini embraced it wholeheartedly, driven by his passion for business, economics, and entrepreneurship. His journey to UBCO was a calculated leap and Bravim quickly made his mark at UBCO. Bravim actively participated in campus life and served as the Student Representative for the Innovation Council at the Management Student Association. In addition to his academic achievements, Bravim completed co-op placements at Hackworks and the UBC Integrated Renewal Program Student, gaining invaluable insights and practical skills and preparing him for a successful career.

Someone give Bao Thai an award for the most diversely involved Bachelor of Management student! As a third-year student, Bao’s commitment to personal and professional growth is evident through his participation in the MSA as the VP of Finance, UBCO Rock N Roll, the Accounting Club, the UBCO chess club, RBC, JDC West and the Finance Club. In these roles, Bao honed his public speaking and analytical skills which has aided him in becoming the winner of the Live Case Competition! Bao’s dedication to continuous improvement and community engagement is also reflected in his future aspirations as he aims to pursue the CPA program at Deloitte after completing his co-op experience there.

Attracted to UBCO by the positive experiences of his older brothers, Ifaz Chowdhury sought to explore the abundant opportunities and academic growth the university offered firsthand. His journey through the Management program has been marked by significant takeaways, including his active involvement as the VP of Finance for the Management Student Association and participation in the co-op program, which has led Ifaz toward a bright future in accounting.
