For a 10–15-minute drop-in appointment to connect with a Co-op Advisor the following days/times are available*:

For a 15-minute Zoom appointment to connect with a Co-op Advisor the following days/times are available*:

2024-25 Summer Term 1-2

Jun 1, 2025 – Jul 31, 2025

• Mondays 9:00am – 10:00am & 2:00pm – 3:00pm
• Wednesdays 10:00am – 11:00am
• Thursdays 10:00am – 12:00pm
• Fridays 11:00am – 12:00pm

Follow these steps to book an appointment:

1. Click here and log in with your CWL
2. Click “Advising” in the top-right corner
3. Click “Request new appointment” in the top-left corner
4. Under “Type”, click “Co-op Admissions Inquiries” or “Co-op Coaching”
5. Under “Counselors”, click “Meghan Reid”, “Mandy Little”, and/or “Ose Raboijane”
6. Select the days of the week in which you are available
7. Click on “Check Availability” and select the timeslot in which you would like to meet

If these times do not work with your schedule, please stop by the office, email us at coop.ok@ubc.ca or call 250-807-9623; we are happy to schedule alternative meeting times. 

*The weekly Co-op Office Hours are updated each academic term.
